3.2 Refund Processing Fee
Where a refund is eligible under the applicable cancellation policy, a 10% refund processing fee may be deducted from the refundable amount.
The processing fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, where permitted by applicable law.

By making a booking directly with us or through our Website, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable payment and refund conditions presented during the booking process.
Where applicable law provides you with mandatory consumer rights, those rights are not excluded or limited by these Terms.
4. Check-In Verification
For security and identity verification purposes, bookings made directly through our Website or affiliated booking platforms may be subject to a mandatory check-in verification process.
You may be required to provide:
- A valid government-issued photo identification document; and
- A clear, recent photograph of your face for identity verification.
The information provided must be accurate and belong to the person making or staying under the reservation.
Failure to Complete Verification
If you fail to complete the required verification within the specified timeframe, we may cancel your booking in accordance with the applicable booking and cancellation policy.
Any applicable cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with the terms of your reservation.
